Ulta is the largest beauty retailer that provides one-stop shopping for prestige, mass and salon products and salon services in the United States. We focus on providing affordable indulgence to our customers by combining the product breadth, value and convenience of a beauty superstore with the distinctive environment and experience of a specialty retailer.
They recently posted profits which says something about the product when every other company is struggling. I have used and loved the Bare Minerals product. It does give your skin a great glow!
I also am very VERY attached to The Benefit Bad Girl Mascara. I even tried a new brand recently and decided I will never find anything that works as well as a fresh tube of Bad Girl Mascara. Other Benefit products I have tried work really well and have fun themes.
