Three major spots for Christmas shopping across the country include Wal-Mart Target and Best Buy. Their popularity can be attributed to the fact that you can find great deals there as well as find gifts for multiple people on your list.
This year Wal-Mart has released their Black Friday deals early instead of keeping the surprise for the day of which allows you to carefully plan your purchases.
To check out Wal-Mart’s Black Friday deals head over to their website: http://www.walmart.com/ and enter your zip code because deals vary from location to location.
For Target’s Deals you can sign up for their newsletter and receive a previews of their 2 day sale.
Best Buy is also offering a preview of their “door busters” at their website.

Doors open at 5 a.m. so any plan of attack needs to be done in the next few days for that holiday shopping. Knowing what to expect at each of these major stores will help you decide where to begin at the crack of dawn to ensure that you find just the right gift.

While Holiday spending in general is expected to decrease, the purchase of gift cards aka the lazy man’s gift, is also expected to decrease. If you do decide to go with the quick and easy gift card from your niece’s favorite store, you might want to make sure that the company you select will not be going out of business soon or at the very least closing the location near you, making the cashing in of the gift card an annoyance to the gift card receiver.
Stores that are planning to close after Christmas are still selling the cards through the holidays even though the cards will be worthless January 1. There is no law preventing them from doing this. It is referred to as “Bankruptcy Planning.”
Here are some stores to look out for when selecting your gift cards:
Circuit City (filed Chapter 11)
ALL STORES CLOSING:
Lane Bryant
Fashion Bug

J. Jill

When asked How the economy is affecting their Holiday shopping? multiple Expo members pointed out that they were shopping more and more online. The benefits of shopping online include:
1. No wasting gas to go to the store.
2. The ability to research your purchase from the comfort of your home.
3. The ability to look for deals all over the internet.
4. The mass selection of stores and merchandise now available on the internet.
With Cyber Monday (the Monday immediately following Black Friday, the ceremonial kick-off of the holiday online shopping season in the United States between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.) coming in a week, shoppers are looking online for their Holiday shopping.
Some websites that might help you begin your Cyber Monday research process include:
http://www.cybermonday.com/
http://www.bestcybermondaysales.com/
http://www.cyber-monday.org/
I would also make sure to look up some of your favorite retailer’s online websites beforehand to see what kind of deals they are promoting. It helps to have a complete picture both online and in the “real world” for Black Friday so that you can best plan the attack for Holiday shopping and find the best deals!

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving and usually the biggest shopping day of the year because of the deals that retailers provide consumers to kick off holiday shopping. With it being just around the corner, I though I’d provide you with some great resources to find the best deals for the items on your holiday shopping list:

BlackFriday.info
Gottadeal.com
Blakc Friday.net
The Black Friday.com
Black Friday Ads
Deal Taker
Make sure to share any great steals and deal with the Expo community on the message boards.

Every now and then we seem to get the most random inquiries at Expo for products and information. Here are some examples of this month’s latest Random Expo Inquiries:

where on earth can you buy Blueberry Buckle dessert? My children loved it and want to get it for my two grandsons. Please tell me where I can find it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blueberry in any type of dessert sounds delicious. While I don’t know where to buy the dessert, you can always try making it at home. There are many different recipes located at Allrecipes.com or Delish.com
I also found a great review by Janeft of Gerber Blueberry Buckle Dessert:

As always, we appreciate the support from bloggers that help get the word out about Expo.
Maxim at Global Cash Hunter Online recently reviewed ExpoTV.
He made some great observations about Expo: “why would you pass free content to these websites, when you can make money writing reviews of products you actually own or have tried before.”
The conclusion to the post sums it all up: “As you see you can make money reviewing your own merchandise. Consider how many electronics you have in your house : starting from your computer, iPod, laptop and other stuff you have around.”

Thanks for the kind words Maxim and we look forward to more of your videopinions!
You can review some of your favorite product just like Antho who reviewsher iPod Nano:
