National Wear Red Day!

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute has dedicated the first Friday in February as National Wear Red Day. The focus of this day is to take women’s health to heart by wearing red to show their support for women’s heart disease awareness.

The Red Dress became the national symbol of The Heart Truth campaign in 2002 to remind women of the need to protect their heart health, and inspire them to take action.

The campaign seeks to educate women of all ages to decrease their risk. Major risk factors for heart disease include obesity, high blood pressure, lack of exercise and diabetes.

In honor of this day I thought I’d suggest some red items that might go with the theme of the day:

The first step in battling heart disease is getting some exercise:

Balance exercise with healthy meals to battle heart disease:

Expo Member in Disneyland

Expo member, Godizlife
recently posted on her blog, Some Creative Thoughts, about a recent trip to Disneyland on her 30th Birthday.

She used her Expo page to show some clips from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, Alice in the Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh ride and Splash Mountain.

We thought we’d share a video reviewing the Disneyland Scavenger Hunt tour:

Another great blog post about Expo

Another great blog post made this time by a new member of Expo: Seanxke

On his blog, Website Daily Reviews, Seanxke states: “a little extra cash can’t hurt no one.” We agree!

But just so you know, Most Wanted products are not just for this month. They are constantly updated and running so keep checking in to see if any of your recent purchases are listed to receive $20 for your review.

Thanks again to Seanxke for the kind words!
