Carcinogen Found in KFC’s New Grilled Chicken
June 25th, 2009

According to the Physician’s Committee of Responsible Medicine, the carcinogenic, PhIP, was found in KFC’s new grilled chicken which has grabbed so much attention lately. PhIP and other HCAs do not exist naturally in chicken; they form when animal muscle is cooked to high temperatures.
