Slow Cow is the answer for those who want to calm down and concentrate in stead of hyping up with a Red Bull. Slow Cow contains theanine, chamomile, valerian, passiflora and other ingredients known for their calming effects. The beverage is meant to increase mental awareness while improving relaxation, without the post-hit dip that caffeine and other stimulants cause.
Love the can design but I’m still a loyal Red Bull addict:

According to the Physician’s Committee of Responsible Medicine, the carcinogenic, PhIP, was found in KFC’s new grilled chicken which has grabbed so much attention lately. PCRM sampled the chicken at multiple locations. PhIP, part of a chemical family known as heterocyclic amines (HCAs), has been linked to several forms of cancer, including breast cancer, in dozens of scientific studies. PhIP and other HCAs do not exist naturally in chicken; they form when animal muscle is cooked to high temperatures.

Thanks to Moms Need to Know for the coupon for $1.50 off any Kashi Cereal or Kashi TLC Bars AND letting us know you can hit the back button and print out two coupons. I love Kashi but because they are delicious and good for you but they can be a bit on the more expensive side so I definitely printed out my two coupons.
When I’m trying to be healthy I opt for:
Kashi GoLean Crunch! Cereal

But for a slightly more filling option the Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! Cereal is pretty delicious:

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are warning consumers not to eat any varieties of prepackaged Nestle Toll House refrigerated cookie dough due to the risk of contamination with E. coli.
The FDA advises that if consumers have any prepackaged, refrigerated Nestle Toll House cookie dough products in their home that they throw them away. Cooking the dough is not recommended because consumers might get the bacteria on their hands and on other cooking surfaces.
Individuals who have recently eaten prepackaged, refrigerated Toll House cookie dough and have experienced any of these symptoms should contact their doctor or health care provider immediately. Any such illnesses should be reported to state or local health authorities.
As a lover of all cake and cookie batter, this is sad news!
